The friendly day receptionist, comfortable stay, easily accessible food areas, okay cleanliness, easy parking and safety.
Not obvious to find.

The rate in harbour inn is very reasonable. Besides, the room is very clean and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We never regret staying there and will definitely stay back in the same hotel again. It is definitely suitable for family with small children. The hotel is new compare to the hotel in the same price range. They have just renovated the hotel and the equipment and facility are in good condition.

At Habour Inn one need not pay a hefty sum for a seaview. There is no noisy traffic, and Makhota Parade & other makan places are a mere 5 minutes drive. Fine for a room to come back to after a hard day's shoping/golf.
Location of the hotel on Google is misleading. Google does not indicate Jl Malacca Raya 35. Inn is actually along the road to Jln Pulau Melaka. Hotel sign board sud be bigger, thus more visible when coming in from Jln Syed Adul Aziz.

We loved that this hotel has a down to earth atmosphere, which made us feel relaxed and at home. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and we appreciated their helpfulness. The hotel's location was also fantastic, being quite near to the main tourist attraction and just a 10-15 minute drive away, making transportation easy. The WIFI connection in the room was also a convenient feature.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Rooms are value for money, nothing too fancy but acceptable. Quite comfortable. 5 mins drive to places of interest in melaka. Would recommend for non-fussy people who just wanna enjoy their weekend.

The size of the room was impressive and comfortable for my family of 6. the room was clean and had basic amenities. we had to bring our own 3 in 1s which was a bit inconvenient. the hotel's staff was friendly and approachable.
The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. the hotel was located in an industrial area, and it was far from the main attractions in the city.

1) The quietness around the hotel area. 2) We cannot find the location, the management is kind enough to send someone and lead us to the hotel.
1) I was ask to upgrade to deluxe room with a very good seaview at the price of rm 92.00 ..didnt get want was promise, only a 1/4 seaview with a fishing pond at 2nd floor. =( 2) At 9 am plus and still in bed sleeping, the housekeeper kept knocking on our door 4 - 5 times .. GOSH!! shouldnt the housekeeping is to be done in the afternoon? There were no DND / makeup room sign given in the room. 3) Overall personally felt that its not worth the value paid.

The seaview.
There is no lift. For the elderly or handicapped, it is quite a problem. They should put in their facilities as "no lifts" but I do hope they will built one later as I do like the hotel stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Melaka and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. the hotel offered exceptional value for money, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. Secondly, I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the tastefully decorated rooms with oversized furniture to the beautiful view from the ground floor rooms. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. Despite being located in a crowded area, the hotel's service and staff were outstanding.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I'm feel not very safe bacause of the door and the window. Please change the type of door lock. It's loose and could be open from outside. My suggestion is please at least supply 1 iron at every level. Tq

The location, although not in a crowded area, is strategically placed between an industrial area and the town, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms on the ground floor are spacious and come with oversized furniture, adding a touch of comfort. Additionally, guests can enjoy a lovely view from some of the rooms. The breakfast provided is satisfying and adds to the overall positive experience.
